&lt;p&gt;It shows from the error device is not connected to the debugger. Usually&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;&amp;quot;cannot connect&amp;quot; error often indicates that the device is in a read-protected state or there is a communication issue with the J-Link debugger.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;How have you power your device? &lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;Ensure your USB cable is functional and that the power level of your target board matches the VDD of your programmer/debug probe.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;Can you show me the setup picture?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can try this command to&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;recover operation, which erases the entire flash and unlocks the device:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
