I also find it not working 100% all the time. It usually helps a little if you open a sample project, add it in nRF Connect for VS Code, and only keep tabs/files from that project open, but if you start opening other files, from outside this project, intellisense doesn't always understand what belongs to the project and what doesn't.

Unfortunately, I usually have files from multiple projects open, so the squiggly lines aren't always correct. They are a hint to what may be incorrect.

If you find it too annoying, it is possible to disable it (intellisense).
