I was able to discover it here. You may try to drag the screen down when in the scanner view to restart scanning to see if that helps.

The BLE chipset on the phone must also include support for Coded PHY. As I mentioned earlier, you can check whether your phone supports this BLE feature in the nRF connect android app.

Hello,

Coded PHY is not supported in nRF Connect for Desktop or nRF Connect on iOS. But if you have an Android phone that supports Coded PHY (you can check the phone’s BLE feature support in the app) you can use it to discover this advertisement. Also remember to keep the central device off when trying to discover the peripheral from your phone.
