Hello,

I can see that you have the SoftDevice, bootloader, and bootloader settings HEX files, but I don’t see the application HEX file included. You need to use nrfutil to combine all these HEX files into a single image.

You don’t need nRF Connect for this step, you can program the combined HEX file directly using nrfjprog. Please refer to the “Test DFU” section in the document you shared.

Hi,

I got the bootloader from my client who had a working device, I downloaded the nRF5 SDK v17.1.0, produced the Bl_settings file following the ublox app sheet. I have attached the files here with my reply.

I am trying to flash the device, get connected with the nRF connect through Bluetooth and perform DFU to upload application file.

Hello,

Could you please provide more details about the bootloader you are using and what you are trying to achieve by flashing it? Are you using the nRF Connect SDK or the older nRF5 SDK?

Additionally, could you share more information about the HEX file you used.
