I am using ble_app_uart application to send data to a Bluetooth device. I am sending the data to the Tx Rx Pins of nrF51822 module via an external controller. My baud rate is set to 31250 and I am sending 3 bytes of data to the nrf51822 from

RE: nRF UART v2.0 app: Disconnects particular data rate

Your own suggestion sounds very likely. How many bytes are you sending from the controller every 3 ms? I guess you get some overflow and then end up in some error handler somewhere. Have you tried to debug your code? Check for error asserts and maybe put a breakpoint inside the UART event handler to check for any UART errors. Are you able to provide a logic trace of the UART lines? Then we could clearly see how strained the UADT lines actually are.
