That old nRF5 SDK is no longer under development. This is a generic recommendation, but particularily important if you use Bluetooth as there is no support for using&nbsp;nRF21540 with BLE in nRF5 SDK and SoftDevice.</p> <p>The <a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ug_nrf21540_dk/page/UG/nrf21540_DK/intro.html">nRF21540 DK</a>&nbsp;can serve as a reference/example hardware project. This is using nRF52840, but the FEM related parts are equally relevant for nRF52832.
