I have flashed hci_usb example on nrf52840dongle(hci1), enabled DLE. But when linux machine requests data from other board(as sender) dongle is getting crashed.
The same experiment (receiving the data from other board) is successful with default

RE: data length extension on nrf52840 dongle

Hi Delart,
If you have log please show the log when the dongle is crashed.
I would suggest not to start the development with a dongle, please use a DK instead. After you finish developing with the DK you can port the code to the dongle.
The dongle doesn't have the debug port (or you have to solder the debug header and use external debugger to debug)

RE: data length extension on nrf52840 dongle

CONFIG_LOG=y
usually means you need to increase stack size.
