Great that you've gotten things working, but be aware that the Segger chip also includes a built-in serial port emulator, so you don't have to use an external one. The examples are by default set up to use this one, so things should more or less just work.

See section 5.1.10 in the Evaluation Kit User Guide for details.

Yes，I have met the same problem .In fact,I have made many experiments,and the phone recieved successfully only once.I can't understand the phenomenon.I made a little change: P0.02 TXD pin P0.00 RXD pin

Now, my phone is connected to your board with your IOS application uart.

I can send data with my phone to the board but i can't send data with the board to my phone.

To realise this experimentation i use a serial communication port and a TTL to USB Serial Converter Cables.

P0.09 TXD pin P0.11 RXD pin

Which terminaison characteres we needs to receive data on the phone?

Have you programmed the softdevice? How to do this is described in the user guide for your kit, so I'd recommend you to walk through that and test with Master Control Panel before moving on to the iPhone.

I loaded the programm ble_app_uart.uvproj on the board pca10001 with keil uvision 5.

Erase Done. Programming Done. Verify OK. Application running ...

I scanning with nrf uart application. The application doesn't see the board pca10001.

You can use the UART application from the SDK to work with nRF UART on iOS. Take a look at ble_app_uart from SDK 5.1.0, in the folder nrf51822\Board\pca10001\s110\experimental\ble_app_uart. This project is written for the PCA10001, but it should in principle be possible to make it work also with PCA10000 if you want to. This modification is however something you'll have to do yourself.

However, I'd also recommend you to take a look at this question and the application note nAN-36 to understand how services work in BLE.
