Thank You for the suggestion.

In addition, we also found a Hw issue on our custom board, related to the inductor value L1 on your nRF54l15 dk board design, 4.7 uH.

We had to have your suggestion above for the dc-dc setting + L1 = 4.7 uH on our custom board, then achieved 1.5 uA for System Off.

Hi,

You must have this in your board dts file:

&vregmain {
	status = "okay";
	regulator-initial-mode = <NRF5X_REG_MODE_DCDC>;
};

After setting this, I can see a very low power consumption in system off mode. Could you check if this fixes the issue on your side as well?
