Hi Vivek,

Could you open the nRF serial terminal in VSCode and try the same?

Then select the corresponding COM port and connect the DK.

After that, you should see this message on the terminal upon resetting the board:

Then try pressing the keyboard keys.

OR, Another method is, in case you need to use the serial terminal app,

please change the terminal mode from Line to SHELL and you can observe the same thing:
