Why did you accept this as an answer? I ment to comment :\ Have you reset the board? Have you tried running a debug session, seeing that it runs to main? Are you sure you have used the PCA10028 project? What DK/chip revision do you have? This should really be a pretty straight forward task, so I guess you might have done a small error along the way. Have you read this tutorial devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../ ?

because I've flashed "ble_app_beacon" application and LED is not ON, likewise, I can use LightBlue on iOS to scan this NRF51 DK device.
