Hi,

As the network in your case do not support these features, so you can not enable it. You may try out another SIM and check with that SIM provider if they supports PSM/eDRX.

okay so how can i enable or support eDRX and how the network will grant and enable my PSM or what should i have to do for successfully build this commands and get this output correctly?

Hi,

You do get the correct information, as %XMONITOR reads a set of modem parameters which in your case shows that the PSM values requested in the previous step (+CPSMS command) have not been granted by the network.

Similarly +CEDRXRDP reads dynamic eDRX parameters but as you are getting 0 which means Current cell is not using eDRX and in practice indicates that your network does not support/enabled eDRX.

Hi,

Your network provided most likely does not support PSM and eDRX as the result for %XMONITOR, exactly matches the pattern explaining if <Active-Time> is 11100000 <Active-Time> is 11100000, PSM cannot be used on that network. Moreover similarly you also don't see any useful values through AT+CEDRXRDP thus eDRX is also not supported or not granted by the network.
