If you have, can you share what throughput you're aiming for with your MQTT application? Have you copied the performance configurations from the high-performance.conf (https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-nrf/blob/main/samples/wifi/throughput/overlay-high-performance.conf)file and are still not seeing more than ~80kbps in your application?

Hello Simon,

What I understood was under the same configuration, that is the best MQTT can perform, right?

Because of the memory limitations, I won't be able to increase the network buffers or any such configuration which results in increasing the flash/ram size in multiples of kBs.

Let me know if there is a workaround...

This seems like a network subsystem buffer configuration issue that causes a difference in throughput of the two protocols. You can try referring to the usage profiles to increase performance of the MQTT uploads.
