&lt;p&gt;Confirmed that it was the Cisco AP adding these IEs, they are NOT present in the association request OTA!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;With non-Cisco AP&lt;/strong&gt;: There is no CAPWAP/Controller here, so how is the association request being confirmed? Again,&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;OTA sniffer capture would be needed to check.&lt;/p&gt;
