FYI, the issue appears to be fixed in v3.3.0-preview3.

Sorry, perhaps I wasn't clear: I did try stopping advertising before going to system OFF after your suggestion and the resulting behavior was the same.

By experience we know that the preview releases have a long list of issues that the team will work through, usually rc releases that come after preview releases are more stable, but even those can have issues.

My comment on stopping advertisement is something you need to implement regardless, else you will very likely get into problems later.

How do you prevent bugs from getting into GA releases if you don't even look at regressions during the preview phase?

Stopping advertising doesn't seem to help.

I am sorry, but we don't really debug preview releases. Please be aware of the following from the datasheet:

So make sure that you for instance stop advertisement before you try to enter system off.
