Today, I updated JLink from version v9.24a (2026-03-05) to v9.26 from today, and everything is working fine now, so I guess it was some bug in JLink.

Of course, source code is in the attachment. It is just copy of the sample for channel sounding initiator. I am using two nRF54L15 DK devkits.
