Glad that it worked. The issues with building on NCS after the latest update to VS Code Extension has been reported internally to the team and we are looking into it. In the meantime, continue working with the previous version.

Thank you for the suggestion.

I tried reverting to the previous version of the VS Code extension, and the issue is now resolved. The SDK is being detected correctly and the build is working as expected.
