The pin numbers and names doesn't match the nRF54L15 pin assignments correctly here. https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ps_nrf54L15/page/chapters/pin.html

The recommended configuration is as follows, and you don't seem to use these pins for anything else, so the simplest would be to just follow the GPIO configuration:

The recommended GPIOs for sQSPI are on P2 as the softperipheral is avbailable on the FLPR core: https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrfxlib/softperipheral/doc/sQSPI/sqspi_nrf54L_series_porting_v1_2_1.html#gpio_configuration
