Thank you for letting us know. That makes sense, as most older smart phones (and also some new) do not support coded PHY.

After switching to a newer smartphone, I was able to successfully scan and detect the device.

Thank you for your response.

I used the [nRF Connect] app for testing.
Also, when I tested with an ESP32, I confirmed that the smartphone can receive advertisements over the Coded PHY, so it seems that the smartphone itself supports Coded PHY scanning.

However, when I enable BT_LE_ADV_OPT_CODED in bt_le_adv_param on the Nordic device, the device is not detected by the [nRF Connect] app.

To verify whether the issue is related to my application code, I also tested the Nordic sample.
I copied the sysbuild/ipc_radio configuration into the samples/bluetooth/central_hr_coded example and built the project, but the result was the same — the device still cannot be scanned by other BLE applications.

Could you please advise what might be causing this issue or which documentation or examples I should refer to?

Hi,

Please ask the question in English (see point 3 in Nordic DevZone Terms of Service).

That said, when you advertise with BT_LE_ADV_OPT_CODED, The advertiser will send both primary and secondary advertising on the LE Coded PHY. So a scanner will need to scan with coded PHY in order to receive the advertising packets.
