&lt;p&gt;No, sorry, the NTN (&lt;a href="https://www.3gpp.org/technologies/ntn-overview"&gt;non terrestrial network&lt;/a&gt;) can be ignored in your case. This it not supported with the supplied modem fw in your device.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I recommend reaching out to Airtel to confirm that LTE-M and NB-IoT is activated on your SIM and that there is coverage in your area.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Here in India Airtel supports LTE-M and NB-IOT as I have gone through their website, I have found this.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And 2 points which you mentioned also supported by Airtel&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3GPP LTE release 14 Cat-M1 compliant&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3GPP LTE release 14 Cat-NB1 and Cat-NB2 compliant&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But does not support&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3GPP LTE release 17 IoT NTN compliant&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But as you mentioned Jio Supports all 3 points which you mentioned above. &lt;p&gt;As long as the SIMs support LTE-M and/or NB-IoT, this is very important. Standard LTE is not supported.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;How long did you leave the device running? We know that it in some cases it can take up to 30 minutes before correctly connected to the network. That said, where are you testing? Does the provided SIM have coverage in the area you are testing?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
