&lt;p&gt;The symptom you report is most often observed when a valid &amp;quot;global&amp;quot; address is not assigned to the kit (through radvd on Raspberry PI). You will observe the reason for failure would be &amp;quot;routing error&amp;quot;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If this is not reason, posting the reason for failure would help investigate the issue further.&lt;/p&gt;
