Thank you for your reply.

By "the specific timing specifications for the nRF7002," I am referring to the QSPI communication timing specifications for the nRF7002. This includes parameters such as setup time and hold time (like the first and second images I’ve already attached).

I look forward to hearing from you.

RE: Request for nRF7002 QSPI Timing and Electrical Specifications

Hello,

'' am looking for the specific timing specifications for the nRF7002.''

Can you please tell a bit details of this?

Here you can find the electrical specification Electrical specification for timing information; startup time from shutdown is 400ms and startup time from sleep state is 7.7ms.

The nRF7002 supports both SPI and QSPI host interfaces. When nRF7002 is used with nRF5340 QSPI is preferred option.

The QSPI output speed is limited by the nRF7002 when it communicates with nRF5340. There is a previous case ((+) How to limit QSPI to 48 MHz on the nRF7002DK / nRF5340? - Nordic Q&A - Nordic DevZone - Nordic DevZone) where it is stated ''due to the different erratas related to the QSPI, we strongly recommend to use < 2.0V IO voltage. If you need 3.3V operation, SPI operation can be used, but this will lower the overall throughput.'' Otherwise The QSPI interface may operate incorrectly because digital timing is not met.

''Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide the electrical specifications for the nRF7002 QSPI interface, such as VIH and VIL values (similar to the example image attached).''

I have asked team for this part. I will get back to you lately.

Thanks.

BR
Kazi
