 We are using SDK 3.1.0 and radio FW version 1.3.7. 
 Trying to read RSSI, RSRP, RSRQ, SNR levels using AT command AT%MEAS but it returnns error.

&lt;p&gt;I suggest looking at the AT Command document that shows all of the available AT Commands for the nRF9160. The command you listed is not one recognized by the nRF9160.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;AT%CESQ=1 will turn on subscribe to automatic notifications of&amp;nbsp; RSRP &amp;amp; RSRQ.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;AT%XSNRSQ=1 will subscribe to SNR Notifications&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;AT+CSQ will return RSSI&lt;/p&gt;
