I am currently developing a low-power Bluetooth product based on nRF54L10 , and I have an urgent requirement to optimize the System OFF mode sleep current to ≤ 0.4 μA .

I fully understand that the official datasheet lists

RE: nRF54L10 Sleep Current Issue

Hi,

These are the typical, under normal operating conditions, current consumption to expect in system off:

https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ps_nrf54L15/page/chapters/current_consumption/doc/current_consumption.html

Due to chip-to-chip variations, temperature etc; there will be a difference when you measure this on 'n' amount of devices, where some are slightly higher, and some are slightly lower than the typical current consumption.

min/max are not specified.

Kind regards,
