Can you share the schematic? You can make a new private case if you don't want to share it on a public case.

I do not have a spectrum analyzer. But I think the issue is in the VS Code config file or settings that i have made for custom PCB. What are the exact changes that I need to make in the config file to make it suitable to run with nRF54L15 SoC ? What should be my target board selection?

So I will assume that means all code run as expected with no errors when you advertise. If that is correct, then the next step is to run the radio test and setup a tx carrier, and measure on a spectrum analyzer the frequency accuracy of the carrier. For instance if you setup a carrier on channel 2, then the carrier should be on 2402MHz, with a max deviation of 96kHz (preferably less).
