Hello Nordic,

We’re having the same issue. Unfortunately, there are currently no options in the nrfCloud or in the new Memfault nRFCloud interface to create new teams (or new organizations).

We absolutely need this feature, and it’s very urgent that a workaround be provided.

Could you please let us know how to create new teams?

Unfortunately, teams is not supported at the moment. However, you will have to continue with just the single team.

Please let me know when I will be able to create a new team, as this in important for us at this point. As we are preparing for our production, we need to setup our backend to connect to the nRFCloud service.

The team creation has been moved recently and our documentation will be updated soon.
