Thanks for your prompt reply - apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I can confirm that v3.3.0-rc1 works as expected and OpenThread seems be working fine on the nRF54LM20, so this ticket can be closed.

This seems like an obvious issue with the MSPL library, and I am surprised I have not seen it before. From the MSPL changelog, I see that we have now started distributing a separate library for the nrf54lm series. Maybe you can try the v3.3.0-rc1 release tag.
