I’m working with nRF54L15 (nRF54L15 DK) using NCS v3.0.2 , and I’m facing an issue with ADC channel readings.
I configured the following ADC channels:

AIN3 → P1.07

AIN6 → P1.13

AIN7 → P1.14

''What is the correct AIN - GPIO mapping for nRF54L15 DK?''

According to schematic, AIN0 (P1.04), AIN1(P1.05), AIN2(P1.06), AIN3(P1.07), AIN4(P1.11), AIN5(P1.12), AIN6(P1.13), AIN7(P1.14)

P.107 is used as CTS for UART1. I think you can use this as ADC pin if you disable the VCOM1 from board configurator app.

GPIO interface

P1.14 is mapped to AIN7 and is a valid analog input pin

You can try to use the pins which are only used for analog input.

''Is any additional configuration required for ADC inputs on nRF54?''

Again from that table , for nRF54l15, several AIN pins are used by default for other functions

Tht's why, AIN4 (P1.11) is recommended for ADC exercises on the nRF54L15 DK (Exercise 2 - Interfacing with ADC using nrfx driver and software timers - Nordic Developer Academy)

I don't know how you configure pin and how you set gain. The best is to look at this Lesson 6 - Analog-to-digital converter (ADC) - Nordic Developer Academy chapter from DevAcademy.

Thanks.

BR
