 my nRF9151 DK appears to be damaged or has a power-path failure. 
 Current symptoms: 
 
 No LEDs light up 
 No J-Link is detected 
 No COM port appears 
 No mass storage device appears 
 Windows does not show a usable device anymore

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;The pattern &amp;mdash; 5 V input healthy, but regulated output rails (VDD, VDD_GPIO) collapsed to ~0.6 V, no LEDs, no USB enumeration, no J-Link &amp;mdash; is consistent with a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;hardware failure in the power management path&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;(nPM1300 PMIC or associated circuitry). A similar scenario was reported when back-powering from an external 3.3 V source damaged the DK&amp;#39;s on-board regulator or protection circuitry.
