&lt;p&gt;Regarding the unexpected wake up,&amp;nbsp;it is probably the wake-up timer, or do you see the same if you enter ship mode as well?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When at&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;nPM PowerUP v2.22 pc software --&amp;gt; Regulators --&amp;gt; enable &amp;quot;Active Output Capacitor Discharge&amp;quot; for Buck 1 and Buck 2, then&amp;nbsp;Click Enter&amp;nbsp;Hibernate Mode. found&amp;nbsp;Buck1(Vout1)&amp;nbsp; and Buck2(Vout2) can drop to 0V.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Howerver, afrer about 10sec found&amp;nbsp;Buck1(Vout1)&amp;nbsp; suddently has 1.8v output and Buck2(Vout2) suddently has 3v output. seems PMIC reseted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
