&lt;p&gt;If what you mean is that you need to configure it during runtime instead of build time, then I suggest that you look into the sample found in:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;NCS\zephyr\samples\bluetooth\hci_pwr_ctrl, as this shows you how you can change between different TX powers while the application is running.&lt;/p&gt;
