&lt;p&gt;As described in the &lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ps_nrf7002/page/chapters/hw_layout/doc/hw_layout.html#ariaid-title13"&gt;supply sequencing requirements&lt;/a&gt;, VBAT, AFEVBAT, BUCKVBAT, and BUCKVBATS should be supplied simultaneously. If you have a look at, e.g., the &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-hardware/nRF7002-DK/Download?lang=en#infotabs"&gt;nRF7002 DK&lt;/a&gt;&amp;#39;s schematic, you&amp;#39;ll see that all of those four pins are connected to the same net.
