According to table, yes. The nRF21540 GPIO only is not supported on nRF54LM20A.

Please see the documentation here [LINK].

Please select tab nRF54 series which mentions that the FEM support on SoCs that are not listed in this table might (and probably will) work, but has not been tested and thus we can't guarantee they will work.

Please refer to the nRF54LM20A datasheet and DK user guide to see what pins are compatible with the SPI and what GPIOs are available on the nRF54LM20A DK.

I have checked the official application notes, notice that 54LM20 support FEM SPI mode.

But I have no idea which pin should I use. So I try to add the argument:

-DSHIELD=nrf21540ek

But after buiding I cannot see any change in the DTS file indicating what pin should I use.

Could you give me some advice?
