We highlighted this limit in our May Changelog, as the number of projects was previously restricted to one. That said, I understand it may not be immediately obvious, so I've shared your feedback with our Product team and suggested displaying the limit directly on this page to make it easier for users to find.

I took a look at your account and can confirm that you have reached the maximum number of projects included in the Pro plan, which is currently limited to two projects.

As far as I know, you should be able to see a menu pop up when you click "Create Project". I will forward this case to our cloud team so that they can provide further feedback on this issue.
