reinstalling the SDK fixed that issue. I do not know what happened under the hood.

Just checked and all the nrfutil or nrfutil-device exe files and I have no one with version 2.15.2

Interesting. The extension should just be calling "west flash" in the same environment the project was built with. Do you know where you have this version of nrfutil device installed? If you open a new command window (cmd.exe), are you able to run

nrfutil device --version

or do you not have any nrfutil executables in your PATH?

I already tried to delete and when regenerated it add always the same value.

In my local folder with toolchain and SDK (C:\ncs\toolchains) they all have nrfutil device with version 2.19.2
When the file generated_nrfutil_batch.json is generated it always add the 2.15.2

Hello,

I am struggling to understand how there can be a version mismatch, since the JSON file is generated as part of the same flash command. Clicking the Flash button should be equivalent to running "west flash" from the command line. Perhaps you can try deleting the file and see if it gets correctly regenerated?
