i found the problem

i was setting bt_le_oob_set_sc_flag(false) after pairing, but when i was testing with another nrf as central, this central set the flag to true, but the RPI doesn't have this feature, so at the end oob flag after pairing stayed as false.

Could you please provide the logs and NCS (sdk-nrf) revision you are working on?
