The nRF52840-QIAA-F-R is a valid, currently recommended order code. Nordic provides reference layout which includes Altium Designer files and PCB layout files for the QIAA package, and you can download this from the product page: https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/nRF52840/Compatible-downloads But we don't have anything for KiCAD.

The QIAA-F-R uses the same aQFN73 package as the QIAA (non-F) variant, any existing nRF52840-QIAA KiCad symbol should be electrically and physically compatible , so you can reuse it and simply update the part number in the component properties. You can also create a custom KiCad symbol, using the pin/package information from the nRF52840 Product Specification.

Best Regards,

Swathy
