&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;After a reset, the CPU frequency will always be 64 MHz using the HFINT with the LDO regulator selected. We don&amp;#39;t provide numbers for this exact scenario in the PS, but I measured this on an nRF5340 DK here on my desk using a PPK2 and measured&amp;nbsp;an average current of around&amp;nbsp;5.7 mA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
