Hello, I'm also encountering the same problem. I've plugged the NRF52840 dongle into my computer's USB port, but there's still no response. My Device Manager doesn't show any devices listed. I've already installed J-Link 9.24.

Okay thanks for a follow up. The log confirms the J-Link side is now sorted. The universal installer was the right call and regarding your new error can you confirm you have connectivity firmware on the dongle.

You can check by pressing the RESET button, once in bootloader mode then program it.

Quick follow up - I downloaded the universal installer and seem to be past configuration problems. Now it's data_integrity:0 err_code:0x802c

Hi Sayed, Thanks for the prompt reply! I installed J-Link version 9.24a (JLink_MacOSX_V924a_arm64.pkg) and now the BLE tool identifies the device when I press select. However, there is the next problem. I don't see JLINKARM_DLL in bundle, and I got a notification about deprecated intel support,
