So can you&nbsp;downgrade your SEGGER J-Link installation to v9.24a, which you can download from the SEGGER J-Link Software page (<a href="https://www.segger.com/downloads/jlink/#J-LinkSoftwareAndDocumentationPack">https://www.segger.com/downloads/jlink/#J-LinkSoftwareAndDocumentationPack</a>), and then retry connecting your dongle.</p> <p>Best Regards,<br />Syed Maysum</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
