I can see that your question has been answered in this case. But just to confirm, you can set these options in your configuration file for ex. sysbuild/mcuboot.conf:
CONFIG_LOG=y

CONFIG_MCUBOOT_LOG_LEVEL_INF=y

So, first the MCUboot logs need to be enabled in your project. Then, in serial terminal, you can see your COM or serial port and connect. After this, you can reset the board and the MCUboot messages should be visible in the terminal.

For viewing the logs, I would also recommend you to take a look at the following:
DFU over UART DevAcademy Exercise

Getting logging output with nRF5340 DK documentation

TF-M logging

Identifying serial ports

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Use Sysbuild approach, add this config setting in (
sysbuild/mcuboot.conf
)

CONFIG_LOG=y
CONFIG_MCUBOOT_LOG_LEVEL_INF=y
CONFIG_CONSOLE=y
CONFIG_UART_CONSOLE=y
CONFIG_SERIAL=y
