&lt;p&gt;You are right that the RC network on the RESET pin is not a requirement when using nRF54LM20 SoC&amp;#39;s. However, it should be ok to have them as well. You can use the same R=1 KOhm and C=3.9pF combination.&lt;/p&gt;
