Indeed, I tried upgrading via FOTA from 1.4.1 to 1.5.0, and now AT%FWUPD command works as expected. I think from now on I can also update offline.

It seems that at the moment it is not possible to do serial DFU on the nrf93m1. But in the near future (couple days or weeks) it will be possible to do this from Quick Start. I will come back with more information soon.

Thanks for quick reply. Our anticipated application uses a private cellular network without a connection to the public Internet, therefore an offline update without Internet connection is considered as a must. I saw that the feature is available in nRF9151.

I don't think it's possible to update modem firmware over serial. But I will ask internally and come back to you if I find out otherwise.
