Hi,

What NCS version are you using? Could you try NCS v3.4.0?

I use the NCS v3.4.0 nrf/samples/dfu/smp_svr sample and build it with this command,

west build -p -b nrf54lm20dk/nrf54lm20b/cpuapp  -- -DEXTRA_CONF_FILE="overlay-bt.conf"

Use the VERSION file to control the version number.

I cannot reproduce the issue.

i have updated these values in prj.conf {

CONFIG_BT_DEVICE_NAME="TEST_FOTA"

CONFIG_MCUBOOT_IMGTOOL_SIGN_VERSION="1.0.1+0"

CONFIG_NCS_SAMPLE_MCUMGR_BT_OTA_DFU=y

} and dfu_application.zip i have selected in my phone but it is saying invalid image
