Regarding question 2: nRF Quick Start version 1.12 seems to support nRF93M1-DK, and also carries the firmware update from 1.4.1 to 1.5.0. https://github.com/nordicsemi/pc-nrfconnect-quickstart/commit/27eab7d75f2cd6ee43e8e0259f02bbef0ad35b25 Still waiting for the question 1 - proper cellular monitor support for nRF93M1.

You can reach out to your RSM for any questions about roadmap or timeline. I would recommend you to follow up on the release notes for future versions of Quick Start and Cellular Monitor.
