This is <a href="https://nrfconnectdocs.nordicsemi.com/ncs/latest/nrfxlib/softdevice_controller/CHANGELOG.html#id13">fixed in nRF Connect SDK 3.1.0</a>, so i recommend updateing to that or later.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
