Sorry but it isnt sufficient.

Quick start application is it not able to update nRF93M1 FW when it is directly connected to PC serial port.

You can actually get the firmware from Quick Start application now. Will this be sufficient for you?

Here is the link to the specific AT command used. This requires no nrf cloud as stated in the first sentence;

The AT%HTTPFOTADL command downloads a delta update package directly from a web server and applies it, without nRF Cloud and without the host having to carry the image.

As mentioned this is for hosting your own image using your own CDN or an internal server during development.

My nRF93M1 is connected to an STM32 with AT command.
The nRF93M1 is connected to our MNO (no nRF cloud)
What are the AT command I should send to update nRF93?

Modem firmware for the nRF93M1 is pre-compiled, signed, and distributed directly by Nordic Semiconductor rather than built from source. There is no official repository for the firmware.

So if you just want a way to download and update the nrf93m1 and you don't want to use nrf cloud, you can definitely host your own FOTA image using your own server instead.

We are using our custom eSIMs and SoftSIMs provided by our MNO, without relying on nRF Cloud or MemFault solutions.

This could be because nrf93m1 is not documented well publicly. I will check internally.
