&lt;p&gt;Your CONFIG_PM=y configuration is commented out. Without this system power management is not active, CPU will not go to sleep state. ADC is disabled int he device tree but its enabled in the config file.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You have sense edge on for specific pin. Tht&amp;#39;s good. You can check if any other pins in your application accidentally using GPIOTE IN channels?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Can you tell me a bit more about your application? Is the project based on any NCS samples?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It seems your custom board. Can you try to run the system_off sample from NCS to check if you get the lower current? Then I can say there might be something wrong with the hardware design.&lt;/p&gt;
