&lt;p&gt;Chapter 58 describes what configurations and mdoes they want accessories to use.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A1. Not that I am aware of.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A2.&amp;nbsp;Follow the guidelines in terms of intervals is the &amp;quot;best&amp;quot;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A3.&amp;nbsp;I don&amp;#39;t have any specific preference, both should work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They also support other modes not listed, but then you may experience&amp;nbsp;some issues until they are fixed.&lt;/p&gt;
