We don't have documentation for this as it is part of a group of AT commands which are either used for testing only or subject to change in future versions.

Hello,

It seems like the step to bind the network device to the PDN is missing:

> AT%NETDEVCTL=3,1,1

OK
%NETDEVCTL: 1

Let me know if that AT command helps to get the data connectivity up and running. If not, I'll get some input from someone with more experience on this topic.
