You should try the newest branch, for SDK 8. From the readme of the github repo linked above: "NOTE: The master branch is currently parked, and lacks some critical features compared to the latest version of the mesh framework. Currently, the sdk-8-support branch contains the latest updates, but you can always check the "Releases" tab above to keep track of all the latest versions. We will move back into the master branch in the future."

I am using s110 v 7.0.0 soft device and SDK nrf51_sdk_v6_1_0_b2ec2e6. it takes nearly 4-10 seconds and some time it is not working also.

Hey. Which example are you running. Which softdevice and SDK versions are you using? When you say "but in Board_2 LEDs are not going ON as soon as button pressed in Board_1, it takes some time to make leds ON", how much time are we talking about`?
